How Inbound Receiving Works

01: Book Your Inbound

Submit an ASN (Advanced Ship Notice) through our portal before your shipment arrives. This locks in your expected SKUs, quantities, and arrival window so our team is ready.

02: Container or Parcel Receiving

Our team unloads, counts, and inspects every unit against your ASN. Discrepancies are flagged and communicated to you immediately with no surprises.

03: Put-Away & Slotting

Inventory is slotted by velocity and size to optimize pick efficiency. High-movement SKUs go to prime locations; bulk stock goes to racking.

04: Confirmation & Live Visibility

You receive a real-time receiving confirmation and your inventory is immediately live in the system, visible through your client portal.
