Drop-Off Shipping is designed to be as simple as possible. No contracts, no minimums, no complicated onboarding. You pack your orders, bring them to our Vancouver facility, and we take it from there.

    Your shipments go out with our daily carrier pickups. No post office lines, no waiting for residential pickups, no retail rate markups.

Ship at Volume Rates Without the Volume.

When you ship through retail channels, Canada Post counter, UPS Store, booking one-off pickups, you're paying the highest rate tier available. Our carrier agreements are built on aggregate volume across all our clients. That means your 20 parcels per day get the same rate class as a brand shipping 2,000.

We rate-shop every package across multiple carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and regional couriers to find the best combination of speed and cost for each destination.

Drop-Off Pricing

Pricing is based on package size, weight, and destination. Below are representative rate ranges to give you a sense of the savings compared to retail counter rates. Final rates are calculated at scan time using real-time carrier pricing.

If you need boxes, poly mailers, tape, bubble wrap, or void fill, you can purchase packing materials directly from our facility at cost. No retail markup. Just grab what you need when you drop off, or let us know in advance and we'll have it ready.

    Standard shipping boxes in common sizes plus poly mailers. Custom sizes available on request.

    Kraft paper, bubble wrap, and compostable void fill to keep your products protected in transit.

  • Tape and Labels

    Packing tape, fragile stickers, and blank thermal labels if you want to pre-label at home.

Who Is This For?

Drop-Off Shipping is ideal for small ecommerce brands that aren't ready to outsource fulfillment but want access to better rates and faster transit times. It's also a fit for local businesses that ship regularly, whether that's a boutique sending online orders, a maker shipping custom pieces, or a small wholesaler moving product to retail partners.

Common Questions

What are the drop-off hours?

Our Vancouver facility accepts drop-offs Monday through Friday. Specific hours will be provided when you sign up. Packages dropped off before the daily cutoff ship the same day.

Is there a minimum number of packages?

No. You can drop off one package or one hundred. There are no minimums and no contracts.

Do I need to pre-label my packages?

No. Bring your packages with the destination address on each one (a packing slip or even a sticky note works) and we handle the label. If you prefer to pre-label using your own system, that works too. We can still rate-shop and re-label if our rate is better.

Can I ship cross-border (Canada to US)?

Yes. Our rate shopping includes cross-border carriers. We handle the labeling and carrier selection. You just need to provide the destination address and a basic description of the contents for customs.

What if I outgrow drop-off and want full fulfillment?

That's the natural progression. Many of our full-service clients started as drop-off customers. When you're ready to hand off boxing and picking too, we already know your products and your shipping patterns, so the transition is seamless.

Do you offer pickups from my location?

Drop-Off Shipping is designed as a bring-it-to-us model to keep costs low. If you need pickup service, that falls under our full Order Fulfillment offering.
